-Greg doesn't seem to be motivated by hatred or an inherent desire to be destructive, maintaining a loosely pleasant air about himself, horrific powers notwithstanding. His interest seems to be in 'enhancing' the rest of mankind in the same way he's been altered, with a selective disinterest in whether or not anyone else would //like// to be infected. He treats humans as a human might treat a beloved pet - like something that cannot quite reason on the same level and may need to put out of its misery if its distress is too great, but that is nonetheless cherished.
